A portal opens from the lunar eclipse on the 25th March to the solar eclipse on the 8th April. Over this auspicious energy sensitive 14 day period any effort we make during this time acts as an energy blueprint for the next 6 months creating positive long term benefits.
To achieve this we’ll be using the ancient healing movements of Chi Gong to clear, revitalise and nourish our physical and non-physical bodies. These exercises are easy to learn and get benefits from even if you’ve never tried them before.

The online classes are at 8am and 4pm UK time each day for 30 mins starting on the lunar eclipse and finishing on the solar eclipse. The classes are taught via zoom which is free to use. All classes are recorded so if you can’t make a live class you can download and watch the recording later.

Class is held via zoom. This is a free app and is available on mobiles, tablets and PC’s.
The class is based in the UK so all you need to is make the appropriate time zone adjustment for your country. International students welcome just make the appropriate time zone adjustment.
