Spring is coming and Chi Gong is an excellent way to transform those old wintery energies and re-invigorate your energy body with a daily morning workout.

Get your life back on track with an early rise and a Chi Gong work every day for 1 month!

Starting at Chinese New year 16th February there will be 1 class every morning at 8am *UK time for 30 mins. The class is fine for beginners or those who already have some Chi Gong or Tai Chi experience.

Classes are recorded so you can catch up later if you can’t make a class.

International students welcome, simply make the appropriate time zone adjustment.

The class will focus on the a core set of exercises designed to gently test you and connect you to your core. See your life transform with this positive life affirming routine.
