Mevlana is the name given in Sufism to Rumi the mystical poet but also means ‘our master’ as a devotional name given to a spiritual guide. In our case this is in reference to G.I.Gurdjieff the teacher of dervish dances in the early part of the 20th century in France  who initially lead our paths to meet.
